A strong communications approach starts with understanding what you want to change. I help organisations working on transitions define what they want to say, to whom, and why it matters. The result is communication that builds credibility with people key to moving the transition forward.

I create the conditions for those conversations - through events, and ongoing dialogue that brings companies, knowledge institutions and public bodies together in meaningful collaboration.

What that means in practice

Seeking a second life for wind turbine parts

At Dutch Design Week 2025, Vattenfall showcased Rewind an exhibition on giving wind turbine components a second life. I worked as project and communications manager ensuring all moving parts came together smoothly: collaborating with designers, coordinating partners, shaping the story and organising the on-site experience and events. The exhibition translated a complex topic into a clear and engaging narrative for a broad audience and opened up opportunities for collaboration with new industries.
Connecting sectors to accelerate grid expansion

Accelerating grid expansion requires coordination across a complex landscape of permitting procedures, technical requirements and multi-stakeholder coordination, including grid operators, construction companies and public authorities. Working on behalf of Netbeheer Nederland, I shaped the communications and designed a sequence of stakeholder events that brought together senior representatives from across sectors. The events helped create a better understanding between stakeholders and supported the dialogue leading up to sector-wide agreements to accelerate grid expansion.
Building credibility through experts

To engage business audiences on sustainability topics, I worked on a series of LinkedIn campaigns focused on building thought leadership for expert voices. I worked on shaping narratives, activating experts, producing content tailored to professional audiences and running the campaigns. The work helped increase engagement and supported experts in building visibility and credibility around key topics.
Making communication impact measurable

Working together with marketing and business development teams, I explored key communication topics, aligned priorities and defined practical ways to measure progress. This resulted in a shared framework that helps teams collaborate, prioritise efforts and better understand how their communication contributes to broader business objectives.
Telling a data driven story

Netbeheer Nederland publishes an annual update, Stand van de uitvoering, presenting key data on grid expansion and connection demand. I supported the project by shaping the narrative, aligning stakeholders across organisations and collaborating closely with a spokesperson to define key messages. Together with designers, we translated complex and sensitive data into a clear and accessible overview. This resulted in a well-aligned story and press release, with key figures picked up by national media outlets.
