What I do
Strategic communications
A good communications approach starts by understanding what you want to change. I help organisations working on transitions define what they want to say, to whom, and why it matters. The result is communications that build credibility with people key to moving the transition forward.
Building partnerships
The most important conversations in transitions happen between organisations that don’t know each other well enough. I create the conditions for those conversations - through events, and ongoing dialogue that brings companies, knowledge institutions and public bodies together in meaningful collaboration.
Thought leadership
Expertise creates momentum when it connects with the right people. I work with organisations and their specialists to translate insights into clear narratives and targeted content - positioning them as credible and trusted voices on key transition topics.

As project and communications manager for Vattenfall, I’ve worked on coordinating partners, shaping and telling the story, organising events and making sure all moving parts came together smoothly on-site at their exhibition for Dutch Design Week 2025.

Thought leadership campaign
Vattenfall launched a campaign featuring well-known actor Samuel L. Jackson aimed at a broad audience. I was brought in to make it relevant for business stakeholders and drive engagement with a clearly defined audience. This resulted in a targeted LinkedIn thought leadership and engagement approach across four markets.

Accelerating grid expansion requires close collaboration between grid operators and the construction sector. Working on behalf of Netbeheer Nederland, I shaped the communications, organised stakeholder events and helped build a community to improve collaboration and speed up execution.

Netbeheer Nederland publishes an annual update, Stand van de uitvoering, presenting key data on grid expansion and connection demand. I worked on shaping this story, preparing a press release together with spokespersons, and collaborated closely with designers to translate complex information into a clear and accessible overview.

Playbook for Inaugurations
Within Vattenfall, inauguration events bring together a wide range of stakeholders and require coordination across multiple teams. I was brought in to capture existing practices and translate them into a clear and practical playbook, based on insights from colleagues across the organisation. This resulted in a shared approach to planning and delivering events, helping teams align their efforts, reduce inefficiencies and create more impactful stakeholder moments.
